We use Dinesh's authentic, delicious, exotic South Asian spice blends to serve dishes like succulent tandoori chicken, shrimp in red-curry sauce, and other classic South Asian dishes. Dinesh is a Sri Lankan native, who brings the tropical island off the southern tip of India to life in Santa Barbara, cooking with the spices he imports and sells here in the United States. Depending on your palate, we prepare an array of meat, fish and vegetable dishes and a sumptuous table.
