Melt in your mouth marrow bone, traditional bread prepared on a fire (“rooster koek”), and some preserves, biltong and dry sausage (dried and seasoned meat).
BBQ meat, fish, chicken or vegetables depending on dietary requirements, served with pap (similar to polenta) and salad.

A selection of sweet things including mill tart, koek sisters and malva pudding. All sweet and delicious! Served with coffee, tea and a shot of amarula (a creamy and proudly south African liquor)
